LLC name availability is a legal conclusion, not an empty search box. States reject names that are not distinguishable from an existing entity, a reserved name, or sometimes a registered trademark they choose to screen. An empty LLC name search is a good sign and not a reservation. If you need the name held, file that state’s name reservation and pay its fee.

Entity Search Co does not reserve LLC names and does not list members the state never collected.
